Development Pipeline
Advent City
Advent City is the first project in the ADVENT programme — a resort-residential community on Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula built to all four attributes, with renewable generation, desalination, and organic food production designed in from the master plan rather than retrofitted.
Advent Oases
A modernized reinterpretation of the company town. Residents live in a modern, smart, entirely self-sufficient and perfectly sustainable community anchored by a kenaf farming and processing operation producing construction materials and export goods that substitute for plastics and paper. Residents receive a stock allocation in the producing company.
